I once owned a rather large dog.
135lbs worth of full blooded, pedigreed German Shepherd, working class.
The smartest and most lovable animal I have ever known.Perfectly trained to heal, leash or not.Dangerous to any strangers on my property.Lethally dangerous, although not specifically trained to be so.
I detest little dogs.I just dont like them.
If I had wittnessed this moron drop kicking this dog, I would have sent my dog over to "detain" him.
Dogs can get off a leash, slip out of the yard or out the door.
That does not give anyone the license to kill them on sight.
This is the USA and dogs and cats are pets.
I will freely kill an opossum or racoon on my porch and property, but unless a dog or cat has actually caused or attempted to cause physical damage to me or mine, I am going to assume they got loose, and search for the owner.
Just as I recently did for a runaway horse who wound up on my end of the street.
And I guarentee you a strange,full grown bucking horse is more threatening to most normal people than a two pound dog!
Too bad the mental defect that drop kicked the small pet didnt run into a runaway horse instead!
I bet the jerk might have managed to controll his darker impulse for gratuitous violence against a larger,not quite so helpless animal.
Again, I really dont like small dogs, but unless they had actually caused me more than minor annoyance, I find it very easy to refrain from killing them on sight.

Yipes, I didn't even know shepherds came that big.

I've got a nearly grown Rottweiler who is quite a tough little character. She's well trained, and as bright as anything. She'll be a therapy dog when she's full grown.

Sweet as anything if you're a friend, but pretty imposing if you're not--especially when she's protecting her 'sister' -- my year-old toddler.

I'd love to see that POS try to drop kick a full grown rottie, or a GSD, or any dog larger than a two-pound Yorkie. Something tells me this creep and his friends wouldn't be so quick to try. There's a special, extra warm level in hell reserved for people like this.
