This reminds me of the monsters who burned the kitten on the barbecue grill, but were never convicted due to witness tampering.

It is a good thing there are not more people like these creepazoids, otherwise I would completely lose my faith in humanity.

And yes, we should keep a close watch on this guy. He will do it again, and next time he may not be content to go after defenseless animals.

I was thinking more along the lines that the perp would have an "accident."
