Exactly! I visited there in 78.
It is time to let them know that they will not be safe anywhere, behind anything or anyone. Put the message out to all in every language they speak - especially to the women and children - if they hide behind you, you will die with them. Tell the women and children that this is not their fight but if they allow themselves to be used, they will die.

Pres. Roosevelt said such monuments could not be spared when American lives are at stake.
