Seems to me they are afraid of June 30th, and wish to make sure it doesn't happen, but unfortunately for them it will.

We'll see. I say that June 30 isn't a panacea. There will still be Iraqis trying to kill Americans every chance they can get because they will blame us for not having everything they wanted. We will still be in harm's way as much as we are now.

I say that no one will be happy with what they end up with-- unless it's a three state solution. In fact, that's what we wanted to do in the first place, but Turkey vetoed it.
