They just never seem to "get it"....it's not rate caps, it's cracking down on FRAUD!....no where does this article mention anything about how rampant the workmans comp fraud is here.

Moreover, the proposal would establish a process similar to one followed by the Public Utilities Commission. It would allow consumer groups, insurance companies and other outside parties to weigh in on rate issues.

Why didn't they have the guts to say Lawyers and Quack "Doctors". I hope it goes on the ballot...
