I'd sure like to know how that works.
It's a lie. Tech jobs have been some the highest paying in America. Now that companies know they can get the job done for five dollars an hour in India, with no benefits for the employees and no pensions, it is only a matter of time before every job is outsourced.
Those jobs that supposedly have been created here in America are being taken by Mexicans and Asians. I know from first hand what has happened to the American jet engine designers working for GE. They are treated like crap because eventually, their jobs are all going to Mexico.
What it will leave here in America is an unemployed work force, living on the dole or maybe a work force lucky enough to make ten dollars an hour, with no benefits. Outsourcing is not a good thing - even the Republicans can't convince me of that. It's like illegal immigration. Nobody will tell the truth about it, as as voters we are suppose to shut our mouths and not talk about it.
