Notice that Janice Rogers Brown was in on this decision. That explains a lot. Bush should get off his A** and force her confirmation.

Janice Rogers Brown was filibustered by the Democrats. I believe Senator Kennedy referred to her as a "neanderthal."

Since she was the daughter of an Alabama sharecropper and worked her way through law school, California campaigners for Bush should be advertising how this Black woman was denied a Federal judicial appointment by Democrats.

So when a woman dies on an abortionist's table, is that one death for the medical malpractice statistics or two?
