I often bring my breakfast to work, but then I don't work in a mortuary.

What damages?? What crime??

The creepiest Twillight Zone I can remember was the one where they piled food on the corpse. The sin-eater would come and eat the food, thereby taking the sins of the deceased upon himself. Shivers...

Mrs Mohammed's illness began with chest pains. Her family took her to Hillingdon hospital, where she was x-rayed and given the all-clear. But her family, doubting the diagnosis, raised money to have her examined privately, and liver cancer was detected. Explain to me again why we want socialized medicine in this country!

I just happen to be reading the O'Brien book "Master and Commander". One of the characters onn the ship was a "sin eater" before joining the navy. What a coincidence.

The discoloration at the top left hand is Canadian Bacon.

John Boy Walton was the Sin-Eator in training. He creeped me enough as John Boy, let alone the sin-eater. :^) He had to eat his daddy's sins, didn't he?
