Federal prosecutors say a former professor accused of financing terrorism was briefly an FBI informant...Big freaking deal. The key word is briefly, and it still doesn't excuse any crimes he may have committed.
"Hey, I was an FBI informant for three months back from October 2000 to February 2001."
"Great. Did you commit some crimes before, during or after that time?"
"Yes."
"You're under arrest, dirtball."

The clinton FBI had a lousy record with Muslim informants, from what I have heard.
I believe the Muslims including John Doe #2 who were involved in the OKC bombing received a coverup because they were working as double agents. In fact every one of the conspirators at Elohim City appears to have been a double agent of the FBI, the ATF, or the CIA.
