I can't help but think we give those bastards more credit than they're due...
Determined? Maybe... Disciplined, effective warriors - I doubt it.
Willing to face a superior force and fight to the death --- not for long..
The Arabs haven't shown that side of their "character" yet..
Fighting for HIS city, from HIS mosque, in front of HIS family - could make the difference... We'll see, and I'll pray for our young me in harm's way.

excellent analysis, to which i humbly add that the terrorists will not hesitate to use the civilian evacuation against the USMC perimeter by stampeding them, hoping to slip thier own past in the chaos, or shooting some of those civilians from within the very midst of the evacuating throngs.
