We'll win this one, no doubt, but the PR is likely to be negative, no matter what happens.

The PR will be bad; Gof knows Dan Rather will find some poor kid who got stuck (placed?) in a crossfire. But if we don't hit back big, the fence-sitters among the population will think it's '91 all over again.
