I do not doubt that is the case; having staff read this stuff; I mean; for the most part, our elected Senators/Congressmen do not even read the bills they sign.
Astounding when you think of it. . .a jury; each individual is responsible to know the testimony of the case they are judging. If they do not do their task mindfully; the verdict can be challenged.
And here we have a panel making historic, life-altering judgments, without personally having to make the painstaking inquiry that even a jury is expected to do.
The more I think of this; the more outrageous it becomes!

You got it! I'm outraged that these men are turning over this report to their staff - to summarize or whatever.
The only light I have seen is that Roemer said on Charlie Rose, very glibly, that Clinton really dropped the ball, especially with the attacks on the 2 embassies, and the Cole. I was stunned! I was not happy with Roemer's questions and I felt he was very biased and had an attitude with all the repubs.
