I am similarly amazed that folks that I've always respected have come to his defense -- a good example is Joseph Biden, someone usually disagree with but someone I've always considered an honest and thoughtful man. His reaction to Al KaFranken's interview just proved this to me (and why he allowed himself to be interviewed to begin shows the lack of judgement that keeps him from being a truly formidable politician -- he could have been a Scoop Jackson!)

I can't wait to see his "proof" about all this "corruption". I assume like most libs merely saying that something is "corrupt" and "feeling" something is corrupt is gold-plated proof without actually proving it.
