Tell me, where do you suppose the present inhabitants of Mexico came from originally, that is, to settle the heretofore empty land call Mexico?

Well, they did not come from Africa, where much of Brazil's population's descendants came from. Indians came from Asia to the Americas. At the time Mexico was discovered by the Spanish, one-third of Indians supposedly lived in present day Mexico.
