No shock there. The third generation Hispanics today grew up in a time when there were far fewer of them in the USA, illegal immigration of same much less, and eventual assimilation into the dominant culture expected.

The third generation Hispanics of 2050 will have been born physically in the United States, but culturally will have grown up in an entirely Hispanic milieu.
