It appears that since they cant refute the real Ann they had to manufacture one, although this only confirms the impressions that many already have about liberals. Brilliant line, true on many levels, and the reason why so much liberal "humor" consists solely of mockery.

I think they ripped off the "Quinn and Rose" show here in Pittsburgh (and now Eastern Ohio and Wheeling WV on 1170 kc) because one of the bumpers claims "Air America" broadcasts "3500 feet below" Dick Cheney's bunker. Glenn Beck played a clip of a parody commercial about a "George Bush" doll and it sounded so horribly produced that I could have done a better job when I was 10 with my 1970's era cassette recorder. B-P "Air America?" No, more like "Air Cuba" to me, heck if I wanted to listen to somebody like Al Franken, I might as well listen to Radio Habana Cuba.

Randi Rhoades (not a porn star) is a woman, a very modern woman who hates God for sticking her in that body instead of making her a man.

As the official face of the new liberal network, which aims to counterbalance radio's right-wing flame-throwers, Franken stands as its great bright hope (Air America is heard in Chicago on WNTD-AM 950). He launched the network at 11 a.m. CST on a deliciously wicked note, announcing that he was "broadcasting from an underground bunker 3,500 feet below Dick Cheney's bunker." If that's what the reviewer thinks is "deliciously wicked," the rest of the show must have been even worse than he describes.

That must be true, I wouldn't waste my time watching a rerun of that crap for any price
I think when snl ran was about the time I quit watching t.v.

Actually most Liberal Humor consists of mimicry. Most of what I see passing for "liberal humor" these days are recycled Clinton or Reagan jokes. For a group that screams so much about how it is the home of all independent thinkers, the Hysteric Left sure has a hard time being original in either humor or ideas

I know, I know. My picture was of Ozzy and Randy Rhodes, Ozzy's former guitar player, who died in a plane crash.

Orangeburg, SC.
When the radio station was sold to Sumter's Miller Communications, Rush was replaced by classic rock, and a nearby Barnwell station sold to Bullie Communiations in Augusta, GA, the G-Man and Savage were replaced by more black music.
News is gone and everyone's complaining.

I figure these idiots actually believe that there is a very large populace of lefties out there willing to listen to this swill. Well, they started the network because they think they're not "Getting Their Message Out", so my impression is that they're delusional enough to think that the *general public* wants to listen to the tripe that Rhodes and the rest of them are spewing out.
For God's sake don't do anything to disabuse them of their delusions - they're doing more to alienate the general public than *anything* we could do. Do you think the average soccer mom wants to hear Randi Rhodes playing the "Dean Scream" over and over again and referring to it as "The Mating Call of the Liberal" - ? (As Rush often says, "You can't make this stuff up!!") (But I still can't believe I actually heard it...). Apparently Rhodes believes that... and the Hotair America producers believe that... We'll see if Soros believes it (if the network abruptly folds, we'll know he doesn't believe it...)
