I am now listening on tape to the book "House of Bush, House of Saud," which I highly recommend. Did you know that in 2001, from January-Labor Day, Bush spent 42% of his time on vacation! Is this what we want out of our president?

Also Barbra how come no criticism of your congressman Harry Waxman spending the same time on "vacation".

I doubt that number. But mostly, a President is never really on vacation. Even when in Crawford he gets daily updates on a wide spectrum of issues. And (not that I ever liked him) the same can be said of Clinton. It's a prerequisite of the job.
