Arafat should have been killed decades ago. It is not too late to correct that serious oversight.

"It remains unclear whether Hamas will honour the ruling."
This is like Israel saying they oppose assassination or capture of Saddam Hussein. Is it any wonder much of the world hates the US govt when they are so two faced and hypocritical in their foreign policy?

Arafat was what Mullah Omar was to Al Queda. Arafat is a terrorist murderer, who has been proven to support terrorism, fund it, incite it, and send terrorists on their way to murder Israelis and even Americans.

Yasser Arafat encourages and legitimizes suicide bombing attacks against Israel
Captured Documents Reveal PA Corruption, Waste and the Employment of PA Funds for Encouraging and Financing Terrorism
The Personal Involvement of Arafat and his Financial Aide, Shubaki, in a Secret Deal for the Procurement of Arms for PA Entities
Additional Captured Documents Reveal Again the System of Money Transfers to Terrorist Squads, Personally Authorized by Yasser Arafat, with the Deep Involvement of Marwan Barghouti
Documents Captured by the IDF Indicating Arafat's Support and Funding of the Fatah/Tanzim Infrastructure Perpetrating Terrorist Attacks from the Tulkarm Area in Accordance with PA Policy
Arafat's and the PA's Involvement in Terrorism
And on and on. There is much evidence showing how the Palestinian Authority dictatorial regime, headed by Arafat, is a regime of terrorism, hate and murder.\

He'll be dead in a couple of years anyway, why make a martyr out of him?

Why did the US try to make a martyr of Saddam Hussein? Or why is it trying to make a martyr of Mullah Omar?

Why fire him? He represents US foreign policy on the matter.

On principle... fire the entire State Department, it is only useful to our enemies.

Maybe the Israelis should call for US restraint in the much awaited, much hyped "overwhelming" response planned for Fallujah.
Oh, wait, they probably don't need to.
48 hours and counting.

Fine, then burry him alive with an Israili bulldozer.
