If she's mental, she needs to be locked up in a facility until she gets medication. Her family also needs to apologize to the community for getting them all worked up.
For what? Did they do anything wrong? Were they negligent, even? I 'spect they suffered far more than the community, the merchants, or the cops! The girl owes an apology, but not her parents! I have always looked askew at the idea of apologizing on behalf of another. Seems rather arrogant. I'll make my own apologies, thank you!
