Of course it is the government's job to protect its borders. And now we are facing a different kind of war where the enemy is crossing the border, legally and illegally and infiltrating our society and setting up sleeper cells.

A government has to protect its borders to protect our independence. If people can break in through our borders at their whim, we are no longer a sovereign nation. The enemy will just march in.
