You could probably say the same as #2 for any country that had indigenous people, if you went far enough back....Who claims Australia, Mexico, New Zealand, Brasil, US, Canada....etc.
This is kinda of a unique situation as the "Palestinians" claim that Jews have "no right" to any of the land as it is all rightful "Palestinian Land"
