US Promises to Punish Those Responsible for Gruesome Iraq Attacks

The top U.S. official in Iraq says Wednesday's gruesome attacks on four American civilians whose burned bodies were put on display in the town of Fallujah will not go unpunished.

"It's going to be deliberate, it will be precise and it will be overwhelming," U.S. General Mark Kimmitt said, speaking to reporters in Baghdad. He warned insurgents in the town of Fallujah to be prepared for U.S. forces to strike back following Wednesday's killing of four American contractors by a frenzied mob that dragged their charred bodies through the streets.

Televised footage of the act has provoked outrage from Americans in the United States and led U.S. administrator in Baghdad Paul Bremer to issue a warning.

"Their deaths will not go unpunished," he promised.

The White House blamed the attacks on supporters of Saddam Hussein. The remains of the four were to be turned over to the U.S. military.

A day after the attack, three American soldiers were injured in another attack near Fallujah, this time when their Humvee struck a roadside bomb.

I don't believe we'll ever get real political choices as Americans if we keep making the mistake of supporting the lesser of two evils. Kerry is a dangerous man – and I think he's going to be the next president.
-----Joseph Farah, World Net Daily

Thank you Mr Farah for helping our President lose, and thereby, speeding up the rate at which we are destroyed...you idiot.

A moving company with a warehouse would be a perfect place to hide a tanker. Also, there is a mosque near Pennsauken, the town in NJ where the tanker was stolen from. Hope they're monitoring the comings and goings there.

I hate to sound jittery, but I am personally on red alert judging from everything I'm reading here today.

There was a cop with a bomb sniffing dog checking out the bins and trash cans on the platform of one of the small town train stops here in south Jersey. Of course, they are always at Penn Station but this is the first time I've seen this type of activity at a local train station.

Adding to the list of down military planes that we had going awhile back, an FA-18 is missing near the Anza Borego desert area. It was flying RT from Yuma to Miramar and this was the last leg. The other plane made it back safely and they are looking for wreckage and the crew now from the plane that went down.

Eight U.S. allies targeted in new terror threat received at South Korean Embassy

By SOO-JEONG LEE
The Associated Press
4/22/04 9:34 AM

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) -- A self-proclaimed "anti-American" group is threatening terrorist attacks against eight U.S. allies by the end of the month, including South Korea, Japan, Australia and Pakistan, a South Korean official said Thursday.

The group, called the "Yello-Red Overseas Organization," warned in a one-page letter sent to the South Korean Embassy in Thailand that it will launch the attacks through April 30, embassy spokesman Ryoo Jung-young told The Associated Press.

The group described itself as "anti-American" and threatened to attack diplomatic compounds, airlines and public transportation systems in the eight countries that are U.S. allies or have plans to send troops to Iraq. The four other countries are Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore and Kuwait.

Ryoo said it was the first time South Korean authorities had heard of the group and were investigating the threat's credibility. The embassy notified South Korea's Foreign Ministry, the Thai government and police, he said.
The letter was received Wednesday, and Thai police said they were stepping up security around the South Korean Embassy in Bangkok.

The South Korean Foreign Ministry in Seoul said it had not notified other nations on the list but that it had confirmed that the Pakistani Embassy in Bangkok had also received a similar letter, an official said, speaking on condition of anonymity.

South Korean diplomatic missions worldwide were alerted.
South Korea plans to send some 3,000 more troops to Iraq, which would make it the biggest coalition partner behind the United States and Britain.

The deployment, pledged earlier this year, was put on hold amid concerns it would involve combat operations in violation of a parliamentary mandate for peacekeeping.
Last week, Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo said mounting violence in Iraq has prompted her government to study whether to withdraw its nearly 100 troops, although she later said they would stay.

Thailand has expressed similar concerns over its 445 noncombat troops in Iraq.

Japan and Australia, which also have troops in Iraq, have pledged to keep them there.

Kuwait, a close U.S. ally in the Gulf region, was used by American-led forces last year as a staging ground to invade Iraq.

Singapore has a special facility for U.S. aircraft carriers and has been a strong supporter of efforts to fight terrorist groups in the region.

Pakistan has no troops in Iraq but has backed the U.S.-led war on the former Taliban regime in neighboring Afghanistan.

Australian police arrest man with suspected links to French terror suspect

The Associated Press
4/22/04 7:21 AM

SYDNEY, Australia (AP) -- Police on Thursday arrested an Australian man accused of planning a terrorist act and having links to a French terror suspect implicated in a plot to attack a nuclear reactor on Sydney's outskirts, a top police official said.

Lodhi Faheem, 34, was charged in Sydney's Central Local Court with seven offenses, including preparing for a terrorist act and recruiting for a terrorist organization, Federal Police Commissioner Mick Keelty said. He did not elaborate on the charges.

The case stemmed from a terrorism investigation of Willie Virgile Brigitte, a 35-year-old French man who was extradited from Australia to France in October, Keelty said.

Faheem, of Pakistani origin, was denied bail.

He is the second person to face charges under tough new federal terrorist laws in Australia and faces a maximum penalty of life in prison if convicted.

Brigitte has been implicated in an Australian-based terror cell that reportedly was considering attacks on a nuclear reactor on Sydney's outskirts and other targets. Australian and French intelligence officials have been working together to try uncovering the reported cell.

He also is being questioned about the Sept. 9, 2001, killing of anti-Taliban military commander Ahmed Shah Massood in Afghanistan.

Last week, 21-year-old medical student Izhar ul-Haque was arrested and charged for allegedly training with Pakistan-based group Lashkar-e-Taiba in January and February last year.

Ul-Haque remains in custody until his next court appearance in May. If convicted, he faces 25 years in jail.

That is great news.Although the the other kind keep coming... I saw on the LA news night before last where they caught over 100 illegals in one house near Watts. They couldn't find the coyote though and they were searching for another 20 that got away.

Queen Mary 2 Ends Maiden Voyage in N.Y.

NEW YORK - The world's largest cruise ship, the Queen Mary 2, arrived in New York on Thursday, steaming into its Hudson River berth for the first time against the backdrop of a hazy Manhattan skyline.

AP Photo

Laden with opulence, the Cunard Line's newest vessel arrived nearly on schedule, just after 8 a.m., after making up time lost to the fog and to storms during the first two days of its crossing.

Onlookers gathered along the Manhattan shore to watch the ship's arrival, which was marked by post-Sept. 11 security measures and the customary Gotham greeting — fireboats spouting red, white and blue water.

I'm going way out on a tinfoil limb but could this big train crash in N. Korea (12 miles from China) and all the other truck/tanker incidents and other unusual occurrings here be them showing us what they are capable of. Maybe they are in contact with our government saying either get out of SA and Iraq or we will do xxxx ? Blackmail?

Fox just reported a possibility of this being a possible attack to get rid of Kim Jong-il. They said the little town where this happened is one of his favorites to visit.

Kim Jong-il winds down his secret visit with China's leaders

North Korean leader Kim Jong-il visited a model high-income farm yesterday after dining on Peking duck and hearing China's communist leaders exhort him to heed the winds of capitalism and to soften his nuclear ambitions.

The reclusive leader of the Stalinist North later rolled out of Beijing by train, ending a visit carried out under the utmost secrecy in which he met Chinese President and Communist Party chief Hu Jintao (JÀAÀÜ), Central Military Commission chairman Jiang Zemin (¦¿¿A¥Á) and Premier Wen Jiabao (·Å®aÄ_).

I posted about the dolls. They were shaped like a bowling pin or large bullet. But wrapped in rags or robes. Some were white and some were tan. They were to my left and to right was the building that appeared to have exploded. There were blue uniforms. I thought they were dead policemen. There were more policemen above them and they were sitting in chairs but appeared dead. The front of the building was gone. We could not get to them because the dolls kept coming out of the matrix or wall. Whatever it was. It was like 10 across and 8 down. The phrase I heard was

"They walk amongs't us."

I read back on your posts about the sketches. In the dream my friend said they were not real because they didn't line up right. I thought she meant the uniforms. However after reading about the sketches I wonder. I have been thinking about this and I think the dolls are jihades coming out of the woodwork because they look like the jihades in the pic posted here a few days ago. However, because of the shape of the dolls I also think of suitcase nukes. The way they were lined up in matrix before they began coming out was white at top with maybe one tan tan adding one tan each row down and the bottom row was all tan. Also, they did not come of the matrix or wall until after the police were dead. I wonder if the police stations bombings are a call to sleepers.

I have long thought and seen gunmen in our streets. How many are here? sometimes, I pack when I go to work. I have also imagined being in traffic due to a large truck accident and being trapped while gunmen shoot everybody on the freeway like sitting ducks.

If there are math or chem or geology experts reading, what equation, if any, could one denote from the matrix described above?

TerroristWarning.com continues to be amazed at the fact that authorities wait so long to inform the public when such incidents occurr.

This is just plain foolish.

Why the heck don't authorities do something like an Amber Alert -- children have been found that way.

Why not use the same technology to alert the public on roadways about this sort of thing?

And right away! Not a week or more after something's gone missing!

"I'm going way out on a tinfoil limb". Me too, If Kim survived he will surely blame the US. Perhaps motivating his country to a war footing demanding retaliation.
