Now Reid(D-NV) comparing the testing required by 'No Child Left Behind' to raising a steer. He said 'you don't get a calf to grow by weighing him, you feed him'. What the real problem is the NEA is having their smoke cleared away and the mirrors turned on them showing that what they are feeding the kids comes out the other end of steers.
