Once again, Ann in her incredibly succincint way, lays out the true road map to disaster. I find the very mention of Clarke's name like fingernails on a chalkboard these days.

I heard that one of the fastest ways to get banned from FreeRepublic was to fail to post a picture of the hot babe when citing one of her articles.

This should be read to a joint session of congress, by the president himself, and then ask if there are any questions.
The people demand it. Well I do anyway, and I'm a people.

She forgot -
Before Iran was the fueling of Mid-East tensions and anti-Americanism by the USSR and their willingness to go to war on behalf of the Palenstinians if Israel attacked. You could say it's all the Commies' fault.

I love you Ann,if you read this.
But she missed (next week, perhaps) the fact that Democrats also cut US Intellegence in the 1970's, 1980's, 1990's.

Two important things Ann left out were: that the first WTC bombing was masterminded by OBL and carried out by an Iraqi military official (Youssef) close to SH, and that now Dickie Clarke ADMITS the connection between the 1994 bombing of OKC and OBL in his book. OKC should be added to her list, and the Iraq-al Qaeda connection should be revealed.
As always, her conclusions are right to the point.

Clinton responded by calling off the hunt for Mohammed Farrah Aidid and ordering our troops home. Very polite of Ann to not mention Richard Clark was involved in the Somalia mission change to capture Aidid, and subsequent retreat.

You are awesome, Ann. I wish every American could see and hear what you have to say everyday. The very clarity of the truth you speak automatically lifts my burden about all that goes on. Keep up the good work!

Since then, Bush has won two wars... This is the only thing I find fault with in this piece. I do not consider these actions to be wars but campaigns in the war. Just as in WW II, each action was not a separate war but a battle or campaign. Invading North Africa, Sicily, Italy, D-Day, Tarawa, Guam, etc. - these are all separate campaigns and not separate wars. Ann and the rest of us should start refering to these battles as campaigns in the war on terror - or WW III. IMO, of course.

I too wish that more Americans could read this. However, when I send things like this to people, a lot of them and come back telling me they do not want to read this stuff. It seems there are a lot of people sticking their heads in the sand.
