I guess my response must be the Dems are adding amendments...
Well, Senator Kyl tried to get an amendment added to lower the spending to be more in line with the President, but it was rejected by BOTH sides of the aisle. I am totally disgusted with the so-called Republicans in the Senate.

You and me both...though I think even the President has some blame here...I mean, "No Child Left behind" - he knew he was playing with fire to interject more federal government into local schooling.
But, again, I digress..and it is late...
