They need to do the whole thing for him on a sunday and televise it... you know, "do not remit his sins and may his name be forever blotted out of the lambs book of life... " then turn that candle upside down putting it out on the floor and pronounce him as "expunged."
Bet it would be GREAT on pay per view!
He'd be happier as a methodist or episcopal.
