I understand Indianapolis Indiana, your neighbor, just put up a nice new Mexican Consulate last year. Seems the only ones seeing this coming in the Mid West were the Mexicans.

Give it time, pretty soon they'll be jumping through your windows like at Rove's house. I have little hope for Illinois' political climate to improve much in my lifetime. Chicago is a failry hopeless cause and conservatives are an endangered species in the state as a whole.
