Apparently Clarke made a comment in his book about the OK Bombing and Saddam

Jayna Davis was on my local talk radio show this morning ....

I don't know how true it all is .. but she gave some very interesting information

she has a new book coming out on April 15th that ties Saddam, al Queda and the Ok Bombing

I still believe Iraq had something to do with the anthrax attacks, and will continue to do so until irrefutable proof to the contrary shows up. The anthrax attacks are often the forgotten element in all this. But given the state of EVERYONE'S understanding of Iraqi WMD prior to 9/11/01, I believe the anthrax attacks were the primary reason why the President believed he had to act preemptively against Hussein. Without proof, the anthrax attacks could not be used publicly as a reason for the invasion, but Colin Powell told the UN of the administration's concerns about anthrax in all but "see Spot run" language in his presentation to the Security Council prior to the invasion.

I saw somewhere that Saddam sent Usama a message congratulating him on 9/11. If that's true - then Saddam knew about it - even if he didn't personally participate in it.
