May the Spirit of God guide the doctors in their work on behalf of Spiff's Mom. May she be comforted, may the family be comforted and bouyed up.

...and if it be the will of God, may the miracle be worked and may Spiff and his family enjoy the company and association of their mother for many years to come and may it be a witness to others of their faith.

...and if not, then may they all be strengthened as their Mom makes her way home, to rest in the peace of her Savior, and may all of their faith grow and be an example to others in just the same manner in that event as well.

Having lost my Dad two months ago, and now taking care of my Mom up here in Idaho as she adjusts to life without him and works through her grief with her faith in God...I know that either event can produce great faith and great witnesses for God and His love.

In Jesus name, Amen.

Thanks, Jeff. I lost my father in August.

I just spoke to Spiff on the phone and his mother is holding her own for the moment, waiting for a bed to open at University Medical Center in Tucson. She is in the best heart hospital in the Phoenix area, but UMC has a crew of world class cardiology miracle workers -- including the genius who kept me among the living. I pray that she gets the same doctor.
