The "problem" is RAT obstruction of the Senate performing its constitutional duty. They will do it at every level. The PROBLEM is that the Republicans gave up without a fight.

Perhaps you are not aware that the RAT actions are hurting them and now Bush will be using recess appointments and the nation can understand the necessity.
I would prefer a full blown filibuster myself but am not about to fall into the "Blame the GOP for RAT misdeeds" trap.
