Garza explained that Zapata County was sent the wrong electronic tally machine for election night. They were then notified by the Texas Secretary of State's office around 11 p.m. to begin a count of the nearly 3,000 ballots by hand.

It has been reported that Cuellar's mother lives in Zapata County...coincidence? No need to respond...we all know the answer. While I generally don't care for Dems, at least Zero Rodriguez worked hard to save thousands of jobs by getting Brooks AFB turned over to the city(now Brooks City Base) to avoid BRAC.

The vote was in the Democrat primary, Republicans had nothing to do with it. Therefore, any fraud would by definition be Democratic in origin.

In our county, we had a committe count the early votes and mail in ballots, and verify the results just as a Precinct judge wouls do on election day.

What this shows is another case of "not our kind" action on the part of the Democrats.
