What if the people polled didn't have a very high opinion of Jewelers in the 1st place?

Yeah, well. Nice try. However you have to look at the source. Professional Jeweler magazine woudn't be doing a poll to descredit itself nor would it be polling people biased against jewelers.

What I want to know is what they did with this poll. Was it used to get this guy a lighter sentence?
