"WHEN is this President going to punish the employers? "

That is really key, along with somehow changing the anti-American leanings of state and local authorities (not just gov't officials).

Otherwise we're simply digging a hole, putting the dirt back into the hole, only to repeat the process again and again.

"WHEN is this President going to punish the employers?"

Have you seen this action alert from FAIR?

FAIR Action Alert: Federal Contractor's Security Act

FAIR is asking for help in building support for Rep. Marsha Blackburn's (R-TN) Federal Contractors Security Act, H.R. 4064. FAIR now has free faxes set up for its action alerts, just as NumbersUSA has been doing: http://capwiz.com/fair/issues/alert/?alertid=5472796&type=CO

The act would prevent federal contractors from hiring illegal aliens by requiring them to use the employment verification program on a mandatory basis where it is currently available and everywhere throughout the nation once the program becomes national by the end of 2004.

In the meantime, American citizens who no longer have benefits in an Oregon state based health plan are going to the federally subsidized clinics for illegals.

Nurse practitioner Mark Press, right consults with Melissa Arndt, a Physician's Assistant in training, at La Clinica del Carino in Hood River, Ore., Feb. 24, 2004. Thousands of Oregonians are turning to federally subsidized migrant worker clinics such as La Clinica del Carino after losing benefits that had been provided by the Oregon Health Plan, the state's health insurance plan for low-income residents.
