No you are wrong. The Supreme Court heard his case and gave Favish a hearing. Now it is done--he lost. The ruling underscores that the OIC was doing thier job properly when they refused to release the photos. The OIC had an obligation to protect the privacy of the Foster family. That is what they were doing by not releasing the photos...that is not the same as a coverup. I would think that had they released the photos, given what the Court has now ruled,they would have been in violation of the law.
It IS over with because nobody but people WAY out on the fringe take that whole conspiracy seriously.
