He was in Appleton, WI today, and I was able to hear most of his speech on the radio locally. Sounds like his voice is starting to go.

'Tis good that channels 4, 6 and 12 carried the Appleton speech live (for the out-of-towners, that would be the NBC, Fox and ABC affiliates), though 4 and 12 decided to edit out the background. The local C-BS affiliate (channel 58) couldn't be bothered from their usual midday schlock, the cable news stations all made brief appearances, and C-SPAM was notably absent.
