Maybe you should visit some of the facilities and see how our elderly are treated! I've cleaned up some pretty nasty things and I'm glad to say I still have compassion for the elderly. For you I probably wouldn't.

when Frost took off his safety belt and stood up in front of the pilot. Also endangered the safety of the pilot. We must remember that after we go, the world goes on. I hope that I go in silent dignity.

I have seen how elderly are treated. I drove for a volunteer rescue squad when I lived in Virginia and occasionally had to go out to the local nursing home on a call. A thoroughly depressing experience.
However, this isn't about the elderly, it's about a decision. Whether that person was 88 or 18, it was still (in my opinion) a selfish and wrong thing to do.
