Hillary is digging through the copies of the FBI files trying to find something on somebody. Her staff of Lilliputians are hard at work, and all of Washington knows it. She'll take her shot in October, that's true, but she has to test her intel before that. Look for little things to be planted long before October. My prediction is that it won't be at GW (she doesn't have the intel, if so she would have used some by now) it will be against Condi, Cheney, or another high ranking administration official. Of course, she may be bluffing, but I doubt it.

In a strange sense I bet she's right. See what Terrorists did in Spain just before the election? Its a good guess they will try to do the same here. A big attack will tell the American's Bush can't protect you--we are still able to hurt you big time after all you have done. It will undermine the whole war on Terror Thing. Kerry will seem like a man who can end the war by pulling the troops out of the Middle East (what Osama wanted if you recall) and coming home to re-fight Johnston's war on poverty.
