A reasonable surmise, but inference, if-then logic, is never more than an educated guess. Other details help explain why the files weren't pulled sooner.

The Clintons guarded their personal doings closely. Only Hillary knew and understood the secrets in Vince Foster's files. (Recall that they she and Foster were law partners. She was much closer to him than Bill, and more concerned with legal details and with cleaning up Bill's messes.) But she was in California, temporarily out of touch. She herself may not have had the foreknowledge, or perhaps more likely, was hoping against hope it wouldn't happen. News of VWF's death reached her on a flight back to Little Rock.

Hillary started the file raid on Foster's files almost as soon as she hit the ground. She ordered it in consultation with some of her legal eagle friends, obviously selected which files to remove, and used her own chief of staff to pull those files.

The real reason: Some things so shocking to the prestige of the nation that it should be covered up, such as evidence that may one day prove a first lady commited murder.

Which means that the Supreme Court is nothing more than the assembled accomplices after the fact to that murder.

It won't be worth asking our young men and women to risk their lives for such creatures much longer. I now expect to see this country go the way of the Soviet Union within my lifetime.

The American constitution contract between governed and government was a grand experiment for 217 years, but it's now null and void, propped up only by self-serving criminals- who include murderers- hiding behind it's emptied shell, wrapping themselves in the once-proud flag.
