Certainly you know and understand the difference. I can only conclude your cartoon is a purposeful distortion of events and the news.

The gap is not in Condi Rice's teeth. What's missing is your honest presentation of the news.

You are assuming that the editor has a basic understanding of the Constitutional doctrine of "separation of powers".

That's a lot to assume nowadays.
