Maybe the nursing home will do it and say that it is part of a new monitoring system to keep tabs on all their residents. Terri just happens to be the first to get it. I know that if I ran a nursing home, there would be cameras everywhere to protect the residents.

One would think in this day and time of fast suing over everything and with such a high profile case, the nursing home attorney's would have already installed cameras to protect, if not Terri, but the nursing home.

You would think after this incident some sort of monitoring device would be MANDITORY...a new policy. If there is foul play, no matter WHO the perp is, the facility would be liable...maybe negligent, IMO.
