If the nursing home staff has any explanation for these facts that would eliminate the possibility of abuse or neglect, Terri's parents will never know. That's per Judge Greer's dismissal of the contempt charge yesterday.

You know, you would think that SOMEONE in the justice system would just find a legal way to get to the truth of the matter. Terri has been hanging in there while this all gets sorted out in the courts, but enough is enough.
Someone is abusing her, this is the time to finally give this woman the rights she deserves.
