The Jewish people have only to look at how the Democrats are handling our national defense to see what kind of support they'd get from a Kerry administration.

The elephant in the room is not the GOP, but Iraq. The dems are beating up Bush on Iraq, but it was Saddam who spent the U.N. milk money on bomb belts for kids, and paid Palesinian parents for contributing their retarded children to the cause.

Nobody wants to talk about Israel as a reson for going to Iraq, but lots of people are thinking it.

Boy, I was really surprised to read sometime ago some quotes from Carter that sounded almost hostile to Israel. I used to think Carter was just a naive, misinformed, very poor ex-President, but I now think he's a vain, sanctimonious blow-hard.

You probably know this already, but in case you don't, during the Hostage crisis, Carter sent 16 EMPTY F-16s to Saudia Arabia as a 'show of force'. Can you believe that? He was and is a witless man, and I don't care if he does have a degree in Nuclear Engineering. He still is intellectually mediocre, at best!

Oh, I disagree - judging by the innumerable "No Blood For Israel" signs (with a swastika in place of the "s", for the sake of tastefulness, I suppose) at the sundry stenching communist Iraq War Anniversary rallies last week, I think it's pretty much out in the open in DU circles.

Their actual officials just don't have the sack to pander to these particular vermin within range of a microphone. But pander they do, at least by not publicly disavowing such rhetoric.

Bush's policies are part of the explanation. But the bigger reason is the defection of liberals and Democrats. It's not much yet, I agree, but it's a trend. The Democrats think they have a right to own the Jews, blacks, hispanics, women, and other designated groups. If their ownership of these voting blocs starts to bleed away, they are in big trouble.
