Hopefully but I noticed there was nothing about treating the effluent and they made a point of saying :

The buildings will sit 600 feet back from the road, with an entrance to the farm about 300 feet east of Whippany Road.

That said, I quite like the product of the farms -- when eaten in a restaurant quite som distance from the farm. :>
