I work at a University. I wonder why they want to punish foreign students that didn't illegally sneak into this country in favor of those that did. Maybe all the asian students should just have their familys send them here a couple of years in advance, so they can save tuition.

Exactly. Those who break the law think that by breaking the law, they should be rewarded over those who didn't break the law. It would be foolish for a foreign student to come over legally, respect the law and for doing that find they must pay much higher rates than those who have no respect for laws at all.

It is always frustrating when the law breakers are rewarded with advantages while the law abiding are penalized.
