The total and absolute dominance of the Republican and Democratic Parties, and their cynical and vicious exploitation of this dominance, is cruelly injurious to the interests of the nation.
The Party resolves and commits to the smashing of this control and the seizure of power in the State, so that this power may be returned to a truly representative voice of the People.
