I have met Joe, he is honest, and furthermore, he is right. I would believe Joe, as opposed to the IRS anytime. The Emperor has no clothes.
The IRS is a political hack group, has been since the beginning, its just becoming more painfully obvious of late.

Unlike most people who give advice, Bannister heeds his own advice, which, I guess, would make him a masochist, rather than an abuser of others. You probably think the IRSC is just hunkey ef'in dorey as is dontcha? How about we simplify it, and add another 18,000 pages. I don't see any liberals crying over how many trees that'll require, or crowing over how many more good paying jobs that'll create at the agency.
That stuff aside, there are tons of good reasons to abolish the Code that rewards cheaters and abuses those who attempt to comply.
