This doesn't square with the professional estimation of aprehension rates (10% to 20%) you offered two days ago and which are widely accepted.
Are you familiar with Vester's report?
Is this depressed apprehension rate (5% to 7%) because the investigation was about Muslims only or more obviously because Vester had an agenda?

Whether the apphrehension rate is 5% or 20%, that's alot of Muslims illegally crossing the border in one year (2002) alone (between 40,000 and 160,000). So it appears the figure I posted above stating that around 15,000 Muslims have illegally crossed since 9/11 was a mistaken one ......it's significantly more than that.
