Not really, that looks like something you'd wave at the start of a car race. Keep it plain, simple, red, white and blue with a lone star.:)

I really must protest. Maryland's flag is neither a double for a car race flag or a quilt(although quilt is close). It is the two most prominent features of the family crests of the two men that founded the colony of Maryland. I don't live ,nor ever have lived in Maryland but one of those crests is my family's so DON"T DISS THAT FLAG! :-)
But back to the original question:
Best flag:(besides the U.S. which is a given) Union Jack
I also like Brazil's
Worst flag: the pansy blue flag of the U.N. I mean it just reeks of wuss.
