Maryland has the best flag in the world.Not really, that looks like something you'd wave at the start of a car race. Keep it plain, simple, red, white and blue with a lone star.:)

And this is number one? Please. It looks more like the standard for the Gay and Lesbian Alliance.

For best fruit I vote peaches, best fruitcake would have to be H. Ross Perot. Best flag is the USA followed closely by the Texas flag.

New Mexico and Arizona have attractive flags. There's a display of state flags at the Kennedy Center, and those two and the Maryland state flag seem to stand out from the others.
