Excuse me, but following your reasons: why are the regimes in Iran, N Korea, Syria, etc still in power?
You don't take out castles and queens in the early game, unless your opponent foolishly exposes them. You're asking why haven't we taken out the queen and rooks ten moves into the game. Are you trying to make the argument that we have an option in the upcoming election that would pursue Americas enemies more vigorously than the Bush administration, and that has a chance of being elected?
Germany is an ally in the WOT, and there´s no need to say we Germans were "against you".
You may have me confused with others who have posted. I have made no disparaging statements about Germans on this thread. Your statement was that Iraq had nothing to do with the war on terror. I refuted. BTW, welcome to the US. Enjoy your visit.
